Tom Walker was the only Bolton loan player to feature in the latest round of fixtures this weekend.
The midfielder came on as a second half substitute in Bury’s Sky Bet League One against Peterborough, replacing Neil Danns in the Shakers’ line-up.
He was unable to help his loan side pick up a positive result however, with David Flitcroft’s men surrendering a one goal advantage to eventually lose 3-1 away at the ABAX Stadium.
Conor Wilkinson and Chesterfield meanwhile did not play, while Ben Amos and Cardiff City enjoyed the luxury of a free weekend courtesy of the international break.
