I was once asked to leave the Free Trade Hall in Manchester,after sliding down the banister during the interval of a Halle concert. I was about 27. They let me stay in the end.
I can't resist a good banister,but with my record in later life I'd be asking for trouble.
It only takes one splinter pointing the wrong way.
But that's what I'd love to still be able to do.

There were a couple of times when the arseholes who liked 'bullery' at school were too big to take on. I'd love to see how they got on in life.

We did it at one house once and put a garden gnome on the doorstep, when the woman opened the door she scolded the gnome for disturbing her (I'd like to think she was doing it for our benefit)
