All was well on the 501 home until I started to walk down the stairs from the top deck, only for the damn thing to fall out because it had got pushed up when I was sitting down and it cartwheeled down the steps and flopped open on the floor.

I could have died of shame, right there and then.

That reminds me of a funny incident on a lads trip to Belgium and Holland from the local pub where one of the lads had bought some porn videos (yes it was that long ago)
The coach we were on got stopped at customs and the lad that bought them was panicking so he opened the skylight and put them on the roof of the coach, but as he did the coach got waved through and the videos slid off just missing the customs officers.
We got stopped again the customs officers came and did a full sweep upstairs and confiscated a porn collection that would have done a sex shop proud.
