After pretty much 5 years with no exercise I did it on Sunday morning in Greenwich Park and it nearly killed me. At one point I stopped to visualize my kids faces because I didn't think I would see them again. I couldn't walk this morning. My traps are killing me and I don't even know what traps are!

It's horrendous while you're doing it AND after. Give it a go... I highly reccommend it for all of you... you deserve it!

I think I'll pass. I went to Jump Xtreme yesterday for my lads birthday and woke up this morning with all kinds of muscles aching, and that was after just 1 hour of trampolining. Military fitness is most certainly not for me.

Bonce, looking at your avatar reminded me of when those new boxy buses, (Atlantean ?) first arrived in Bolton, about 1962/63 I think. I used to walk from the grammar school and get the 38 or 39, (they went to Deane and Lostock junction). Caught it at Moor Lane bus station. They seemed to appear overnight. Very nice mind. I was wondering where you found the picture.

Jump Xtreme is our first port of call when we visit Bolton. My kids would live there if they could.

Just had a read of the history of the buses, and even followed the comments of the drivers. I'm getting sad in my old age. Very Happy
