Phil Parkinson and Filipe Morais are up for the Sky Bet Manager and Player of the Month award for March.
Parkinson could make it a hat-trick of prizes this season - and the sixth of his career - if he gets the nod over Sheffield United’s Chris Wilder, Southend United’s Phil Brown and Bradford City’s Stuart McCall.
Winger Morais was involved in 12 of Wanderers’ 17 goals throughout the month. He scored twice, against Northampton Town and Oxford United, and provided an incredible 10 assists.
He is up against Rochdale’s Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, Sheffield United’s Keiron Freeman and Fleetwood Town’s Alex Cairns for the March prize.
“We’re very pleased with Filipe,” said the Whites boss. “I’d obviously worked with him at Bradford so I knew he was capable of producing quality moments in big games and that is what he has done.”
Morais was voted PFA SkyBet League One player of the month in an online poll on Sky Sports yesterday.
