LAWRIE Wilson wished Wanderers well after it was announced he will be leaving the club this summer.
The defender was told last week his contract would not be renewed this summer after spending two years at the Macron Stadium.
The 29-year-old thanked fans for their support and said he was proud to finish on a high as he helped Wanderers to automatic promotion from League One.
Writing on his official Twitter account, he said: “Great way to finish my time at Bolton with a promotion winning season. Another to add to my CV.
"I wish everybody at the club, the fans and the players the very best of luck in the future.
"I now can't wait for a challenge somewhere new."
