iFollow - really BWFC?

BWFC and all Championship clubs seem to have scrapped the old "player" website for highlights and so on for a shiny new thing called iFollow.

I was thouroughly disappointed when as a paying member I tuned in tonight to "watch" the match to find the live coverage was text commentary only.

On the match page it says Live on ifollow with a little video symbol next to it.

I logged out and found that not only is it text commentary only but it also available for free without being a member. In addition no highlights of the friendlies are available either - what am I paying a monthly subscription for?

i thought they were advertising it as you could watch every game live but you had to be abroad to watch?

Surely with a VPN you could get round the problem of not living abroad and get every match for £110.

Would your provider still not be in the UK ? (or am I talking bollocks ?)

Wouldn't mind this, however not too sure how the VPN works or if it will work at all. If anybody tries it and it works for them, let me know please.

But will it definitely work? When you subscribe, won't you have to put down what country you live in etc?

Nope.  It will recognise it.  I use it fot netflix on my phone.  Us netflix is soooo much better

You trying iFollow out then? Would I just use it as I am signing up then?

Its easy enough to make one up. Heres a clue.  Beverly hills area code is 90210.  Get on google maps.  Find a street name and pick a house number

When you sign up it asks for your billing address. People who live/work abroad still can use an English bank.

True, think I will wait and see if it works for anyone else before I do it.

On a similar (same ?) topic, people with a UK provider are having games blocked. Some have been taken to court over accessing games through circuitous routes too.
