Jake Turner made his debut for England's Under-19s as the young Lions recorded an emphatic 7-1 victory over Poland on Friday night.
The talented shot-stopper came on as a half-time substitute as a hat-trick apiece from Sheffield Wednesday’s George Hirst and Arsenal’s Edward Nketiah along with a solitary strike from Sunderland’s Elliot Embleton completed the scoring.
Facing off at St George's Park, Poland pulled a goal back in the 56th minute through Radoslaw Kanach.
Turner and the Young Lions are next in action on Tuesday night when they face Germany at Mansfield Town.
