Phil Parkinson is delighted to report the Wanderers treatment room is finally empty ahead of this weekend's clash with Sheffield Wednesday.
Josh Vela, Derik Osede, Stephen Darby and Aaron Wilbraham have all recovered from injury to take their place in the squad, and while Saturday might be too soon for Will Buckley after a calf problem, the winger has also rejoined training to leave the Whites boss with a full quota of players for the first time in months.
"I'm pleased that the international break came along at the right time," he told The Bolton News. "There have been a couple of players carrying minor things but mostly it has given us a chance to get Josh (Vela) up and running and also get some training minutes into Sammy Ameobi.
"We've had our problems this season but, fingers-crossed, everything should be looking good for Saturday."
Vela has not started a game since the opening day of the season, when he damaged ankle ligaments against Leeds United.
But Parkinson is pleased with the progress the midfielder has made in the last couple of weeks.
"Josh is a good player, we know that, and he's had a disrupted season through absolutely no fault of his own.
"But he was excellent in pre-season and he's trained well over the international break so we'll make a decision over the next couple of days.
"He's champing at the bit as you might expect."
Wilbraham had an injection in a hip injury over the break which had been pre-arranged when he signed for the club from Bristol City.
Derik has also resumed full training after missing the last five games with a groin strain and Stephen Darby played 66 minutes for the development squad on Monday night.
"It has been a really productive break for us," Parkinson said. "We've been able to work with the lads who needed it and give a bit more rest to a couple of the other lads who had played more football."
