My Virgin Media Tivo box is jam packed with shit like Holiday Showdown, Club Reps, Sun Sex and Suspicious Parents, World's Strictest Parents and Embarrassing Bodies, all of which I've got on auto-record.

What utter trash can you not help but love?

Thats all stuff my Mrs watches and I hate it all!

Professional wrestling - WWE Raw and TNA Impact - I actually went to a TV taping of this last time I was in Florida.

If I am wasted with friends we get a laugh out of Jerry Springer, particularly the bit at the end when the audience get a go on the mic and get to rip into the guests.

If I am home during the day I sometimes watch Judge Judy.

I love Road Wars on Sky1. I must have watched some episodes about ten times.

I usuallt get to watch about 10 mins of this while at the gym...usually OK, but not something I would plan to watch

Its for the 10 mins I am on the cross trainer for, facing the TV screen, I'm usually at the gym for 70 mins (3 times a week)
