George Bower has tweeted about two of Anderson's dormant (not currently trading) companies being taken over by a Russian, Vasily Anisimov (there is a person of that name who is a billionaire and one of the richest men in Russia).
Thing is though this was done at the end of January/ very beginning of February and Mr Ansimov seemed to have withdrawn his 'significant' control of the company to a Nikolay Ansimov (who may or may not be related to Vasily who may or may not be the billionaire).
The company Inner City Group Ltd new owners changed its name to Galitor Uk Ltd.
The other Anderson company Inner Circle Sports and Media Ltd, which is now called Desior UK Ltd, now seems to be owned by Galitor.
The people all named as Directors of both companies all seem to be connected to Cyprus.
There is a company Lovitech UK Ltd that is shown to have a 'significant' control (owns 75% or more of the company) of what is now known as Galitor and the person who set up the company just two weeks before it took on Anderson's two former business is shown as a Yakov Klebanov from Khazakstan.
Fwiw Mr Vasily Asimov and Mr Klebanov seem to be partners in a company called Degevol UK Ltd.
It would seem that two business, Ganberg Engineering Ltd, Cyprus (510 shares) and Bronera Ltd, United Arab Emirates (490 shares) hold all the shares in this company.
It would also seem that Degevol has all the shares in Ganberg (and I would also guess they own all the shares in Bronera also?).
On the 26th May 2017 (filed on the 8th June) Ganberg's filing history showed that the shares had a premium of over £4 million per share! So as there are 1,000 shares it would set the value of just this one business at £4,000,000,000 - serious money indeed!
Anyway I've wandered off the track a little bit.
Why some seriously rich Russian/Kazakhstani businessmen would want to take over a couple of Ken's inactive companies is anyone's guess but mine would be that there must have been something in the wind leading up to the end of January that for whatever reason didn't happen.
Lee went to Dubai (UAE) last week and one of the companies above is also linked to the UAE so maybe things are moving again?
The UAE would be a handy place anyway to speak to people from Russia, Khazakstan, Cyprus, UAE, etc, so maybe plans are still afoot, who knows but the bottom line is that Bower is tweeting about goings on from 5 months ago and not about anything he knows that is current.
Hope all that makes sense to people.
Just for clarity Ken Anderson still owns the only shares in Inner Circle Investments Ltd, which owns 94.5% of the shares in the club.

There are no current rumors of new owners. Investment remains zero. King Kenny put all talks of a takeover on hold half-way through the season so as not to upset our team.
So where are the buyers now? We are getting a little short on time to get anything sorted.

Most coherent comment he’s ever posted to be fair, can see why he wanted to flaunt it.
