WANDERERS will reshuffle their coaching staff at Under-23s level next season, with Jimmy Phillips taking a more hands-on role.
The academy manager will assist David Lee, with Tony Kelly moving back to concentrate on his paid role at the Community Trust, alongside scouting duties.
Lee and Kelly guided the development squad to the northern and national league title last season, sealing the latter with a victory over Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
Kelly remained on the payroll of the BWCT as a community ambassador and was considered to be aiding Lee on an informal basis.

Phillips was given a new contract this summer, which included more of a coaching aspect.
The decision was questioned by ex-Wanderers midfielder Jeff King, who Kelly discovered playing Sunday League football in Liverpool.
The 22-year-old, who signed for St Mirren this summer, tweeted: “Can’t believe the man who got me my chance in professional football has been moved aside from Bolton!
“Owe a lot to Tony Kelly, they’ve split the dream team “Didsy an Kells”.... good luck in your new job!”
