I have An Urge

Sometimes I wake up with the urge for something. Unfortunately it's rarely a penis and usually some food or drink item.

This morning I woke up with an urge for Tizer. I haven't had Tizer since my Gran died 10 years ago - she always had Tizer in her house.

So I went to the Spar shop, braved the wolf-whistles and common chavs outside, and asked for a can of Tizer. They didn't have any.

So I was forced to enter a shop called Morrisons. You may have heard of it, lots of common folk shop there for grease and lard or whatever it is common folk eat.

Anyway, they did stock Tizer and I bought a 2 litre bottle of the stuff for 85p!! Bargain. You can't even buy water for 85p where I normally shop.

Long story short, the anticipation was better than the actual moment. The Tizer was nice, but not life changing.

Do you ever get urges for stuff you've not had in ages?

In my experience the reality never matches up to the fantasy.

Funnily enough I had an urge at the weekend for a bowl of Ricicles. Unfortunately the Sainsbury's I went in didn't have any so I am still on the look out for a box.

I forgot about Tizer too. I never was that keen on Tizer, it was an over rated experience. I was talking to my sister at the weekend about how cool soda streams were, I used to love them - although it was a pain in the arse when you ran out of gas.

What do you mean "were" ? You should move to Germany. There are more different versions of Soda streams available here than you can shake a stick at. Everything else is stuck in the 70s and 80s aswell.

Walk down a promenade on a seafront on a hot day all the old girls sitting in deck chairs with their legs open. You can smell the dried piss ,fuck no you can see the fumes rising like a petrol tanker delivering on a hot day. Still someone like quent might want to try it maybe, he likes exotic stuff.
