It's just all talk for now - nothing has happened yet.
Might not even get any if we stay out of admin and only get a fine for not playing the Brentford game.

God knows how any club is supposed to survive in s league with a great points deduction like that.

The penalty for going into admin is fixed. It's twelve points off in every case. More points can be deducted later if the League doesn't like how a club exits admin or if they're in it during two different seasons. The penalty for failing to fulfil a fixture is also fixed. Victory to the opposition plus a 3 pt deduction. The only variable there is the fine.
Assuming we have a club next season we could therefore start on -15 points with a fine hanging over our heads. Or, in the best case scenario with minus three and a fine hanging over our heads. Either way we will almost certainly start next season with negative points (the fine is optional but I doubt the FA will fail to impose one).

Another one leaving the sinking ship.
Joe Pritchard leaves Bolton Wanderers to join Accrington Stanley
Bolton Wanderers midfielder Joe Pritchard has left the club to join Accrington Stanley.
The 22-year-old has signed a two-year contract with the League One club having spent 12 months at the University of Bolton Stadium.
The former Tottenham Hotspur youngster joined in the summer of 2018 having been on trial at the end of the previous season and made senior five appearances in total, starting the FA Cup defeat at Bristol City in January and the final-day defeat at Nottingham Forest.
Stanley manager John Coleman said: “I looked at him when he played for Bolton Under-23s, he broke into their first team last season and I have tracked his progress.
“When he became available it was a good fit for both parties.
“He will be good for us and we can kick start his career like we have with a lot of previous number 10s.
“Joe is a good footballer, he is intelligent, he can play on both wings and he can play in the hole.
“He is the right age for us and he fits our model.”
Pritchard is the second Wanderers player to find a new club after Mark Beevers joined Peterborough United.

I never dreamed I would live to see the day when leaving Bolton for Accrington Stanley looked like a move up.

Free agent Billy Clarke is on trial at Bolton Wanderers.
The Trotters are taking a look at the 31-year-old, according to journalist Alan Nixon on Twitter.
Clarke is in the hunt for a new club after being released by Bradford City at the end of the season. Bolton are in desperate need of some players ahead of the their upcoming League One campaign and could turn to him.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The experienced striker has racked up 399 appearances so far in his career and scored 77 goals.
He started out at Ipswich Town and rose up through their youth ranks before having loan spells away as a youngster at Colchester United, Falkirk, Darlington, Northampton Town and Brentford.
Clarke was signed by Blackpool in 2009 but struggled to make an impact during his time at Bloomfield Road and left for Crawley Town two years later after a brief loan spell at Sheffield United.
He became a key player for Crawley and scored 24 goals in 92 games for them which earned him a move to Bradford City in 2014.
Clarke bagged 25 goals in 122 appearances for the Bantams before moving onto Charlton Athletic in 2017. However, he moved back to Valley Parade after just over a year with the Addicks last summer.
He is now weighing up the next chapter of his career and will be eager to impress Bolton on trial. Clarke could prove to be a useful acquisition for Phil Parkinson’s side.
