I absolutely do like these photos of now and then of Bolton - always try to see as many as possible - although then photo of the bus station was only about 8 to 10 years old (as it showed a "Blue Bus")

A few years ago First Manchester started a heritage fleet and painted some of its older buses in the colour of the old municipal bus companies and I definietly remember seeing one in old Bolton colours. Shame they never kept it up as they looked great, amongst the gay-coloured First buses!

Yeah I remember my mum taking me on them from Salford to Bolton when I was very young ,it was the no 12 better than the green Salford ones or the all red Manchester ones.

Nice video, never seen some of those photos. I don't think bolton hasn changed for the better in some areas.
