Headers

Ban on U11's and younger from heading balls in training. 
It was coming, but I'm not sure it's the answer.

I help out with a junior football club and headers aren't practiced at training at all to be honest. Headers only seem to come into play in matches and generally with the older kids but if there is even a tiny risk then surely it's the right thing to do in my opinion.

Its funny watching kids trying to head the ball, they jump up and look like they're going to head it then duck out of the way at the last second
