Wanderers goalkeeper coach Mike Pollitt has confirmed he has left the club in a post on social media.
The Bolton-born goalkeeper was brought in last December by Keith Hill to replace Lee Butler but was told yesterday that the club would not be renewing his contract.
Pollitt, who previous worked with the likes of Wigan Athletic and Rotherham United, said on his Twitter account: “My short spell at BWFC has come to an end. Good luck to everyone at the club.”
It is understood that first team analyst Tommy Johnson has also left the club, having been in position since January.
New Wanderers boss Ian Evatt is yet to officially announce how his backroom staff will be structured but was joined by assistant manager Peter Atherton and analyst Lewis Duckmanton from Barrow last week.
