How many would have predicted that at the bookies?

On paper then Barnsley will beat us 7-0

Goes to show you can't predict anything in football.

They've got a good un in Jacob Mellis on loan from Chelsea have Barnsley, who has been playing superbly.

He came on trial at Burnley last season but we didn't take him on.

Birmingham are a poor side, although credit to Barnsley for putting the ball in the net, something our forwards can't do.

Nobody heard the saying about this league, ''anybody can beat anybody in this league''

It's like saying because we beat watford and they went and beat someone the week after 3-0, we should beat that team 5-0 the week after. It doesn't happen like that in this league.

Thats one of the good things about this league, especially this early in the season, and one that should give us hope whilst we're still sorting ourselves out. Playing like numptys, but were still hanging in there, ready for the charge up the league

I've only missed the Birmingham game and I think the green shoots of recovery are starting to come through. This league is not easy to get out of but I think our experience will stand us in good stead. I still think we can finish in the top three.

Wouldn't like to finish 3rd as that would mean the play-offs!!!

Me neither but I would happily settle for third tbh.

to be fair if we couldn't make 1st or 2nd then any position between 3rd and 6th would do as it would mean the Play-offs and any of the 4 teams would have the same chance of getting the last spot - just a case of which team has the more tired players!

Blackpool 1 Huddersfield 3 was another shocker. What worries me is which Palace team will turn up.

This league is feckin bobbins.

Its because its all over the place that we have a chance of putting on a reasonably good show.
