How do i post twitter links on here?

As you know i#m an IT numpty and can't work out how to do it. I remember Sluffy doing a post on it but can't remember.

Click on the down arrow of the tweet you want to post on here which is usually on the first line at the top right, then click on embed tweet which will open a new page and then click on copy code and simply paste it in the reply box on here.

 I wanted to share the video we made together that i put on twitter just now with everyone on here.

Quality isn't great as a lot of naked body parts keep popping up too close to the camera but you get the gist.
