I wasn't a fan but I think the line Bob posted was what was said to Walter in the shows rather being aimed at you as an insult or anything.

Bob is referring to Walter, on the right of that picture. He was a non verbal star of Nearest And Dearest. It was vital to the plot that he'd 'been'.

"Keep your hair on" is the phrase I'm familiar with and one I've not heard in ages.

Certainly takes me back to my younger years!

A lot of people I know still use this phrase.
