Dreadful hangover today. Went to a wake last night at the Railway Hotel for one of Chadwell's finest sons Ronald Turnbull, inventor of the shopping trolley. By way of tribute we carried his coffin in a zig-zag fashion through the town then threw it in the canal.

RIP Chadwell's finest son, shove ha'penny champion Sandy 'the Wrist' McGonagal. Lovely chap, but always awkward having dinner with him: he'd put your plate on the end of the table, smack it towards you & you'd have to catch it as it flew past. Food flying everywhere. Happy days. pic.twitter.com/CljC8YjhPe

Raging. Just got back from the unveiling of the new mural at Chadwell Infants School. WTAF?! General Pinochet?! IT WAS MEANT TO BE PINOCCHIO!!!! We’ve traced the culprit - it was Reg in the Dept. of Public Works. His handwriting is atrocious. Make no bones about it, he’s toast. pic.twitter.com/xCiOz85uSV
