Wigan match members only!

The ticket office strikes again!

I'm a season ticket holder and I want to take my uncle (former season ticket holder) to the Wigan match.

I went to the ticket page and found that it doesn't even say the price of tickets and that tickets are available for members only. 

I duly input my season ticket login to buy a ticket. 

Imagine my surprise when I get the message "you are not eligible to purchase tickets".

Then it has an option to view your membership.

And it says purchase a new membership. With a link that doesn't go anywhere.

I think we are killing the crowd potential, how many people are going to want a ticket for this and then they will just give up if its too hard to get sorted out? 

Madness.

You need to have purchased before.  It gives me the option to buy one.  I’m sure a call to the ticket office will get you a ticket.  It’s just to stop the Wigan fans buying them.

Strange, I've purchased plenty. And of course my season ticket.
