I've been looking into sky TV but a few things have put me off. The price is one problem for me. And then the bit that nearly won me over was sky glass. But then I found out that you can't record programs on it.

Over all its a nice idea but you lose a very key function against most other modern boxes...

Anyone have sky?

I have Sky plus HD with all the movies, sports and boxsets and it is good as i watch the sport and boxsets a lot (not so much the movies). I haven't upgraded to Sky Q as yet but i wouldn't bother with the Sky glass, every time i see it on FB the comments in it say it's not worth it as it relies on your broadband and freezes a lot and people say the sound quality isn't great either. Also as you said you can't record on it either so seems a bit pointless to me
