Wanderers’ trip to League One Charlton has received a new kick-off time after it was selected for TV coverage.
The match, which takes place on Saturday, January 28, will now begin at 12:30pm instead of the original 3pm slot.
The fixture will now be broadcast live on Sky Sports Football (channel 403 for viewers in the UK).
It is not the first Bolton fixture to be selected for TV coverage this season, with the home game against Derby on Tuesday, December 27 also being shown live on Sky Sports.
Charlton are currently 18th in the League One table and are currently searching for a new permanent manager after sacking Ben Garner, who spent less than six months in the hot seat at The Valley.
The Addicks suffered a 3-1 defeat at Stockport in an FA Cup second round replay in their last outing despite an Akil Wright own goal.
Wanderers recorded an emphatic 4-1 victory on their last trip to Charlton back in September 2021, with Kieran Lee bagging a brace as well as goals from Dapo Afolayan and Antoni Sarcevic.
The Whites also came out on top when the sides met at the UniBol earlier this season, with Lee, Conor Bradley and George Johnston all getting on the scoresheet.
Ian Evatt’s men have a tricky run-in on paper, with games against Derby, Barnsley, Plymouth and Portsmouth all coming up before the end of January.
They are currently fifth in the table ahead of Saturday’s clash with 13th-place Exeter at the UniBol (KO 3pm).
