Manchester City Investigation - For Dummies

I thought it may help some to better understand the allegations by seeing this explanation video from Maguire.

It's only two minutes long and is easy to understand.

(He mentions 'no show jobs' - what the means is say I'm a city player on £2m a year but I also have another job, say chauffer for one of the Arab Princess also on £2m a year BUT the Arab Prince never needs my service!)

I've heard similar tales (don't know if they are true though) that clubs can only sign talented youths and pay them a maximum amount - to get around that they also (say) gives their mum a job as a tea lady on £10,000 per week! - I've made the details up but I think you get the idea of what I'm trying to explain).
