Bolton 1-0 Blackpool

Biggest game of the season so far.

Derby game. Big crowd. Two things that we've struggled with in recent times.

Have we progressed, or will it be another capitulation at the hands of a local rival?

No more of this "it's just another game" nonsense, this is a local derby and it's about time we won one under Evans. Get stuck in.

He should start Bod up top as he has more of a physical presence and can actually control a football, but we'll be stuck with Adeboyejo no doubt.

Either way, we absolutely have to win this match, no fooking excuses.

The lads will be worn out with Evatt giving some wishy washy (Sluffy’s word of the week) excuse Suella and Rishi style why the lads were shit.

My prediction 1-1

If we keep playing the way we have been we’ll win this comfortably but we just never seem to perform when we have a big crowd on and this weekend is likely to be the biggest of the season so anything can happen. I do though think the players mindset is changing and growing stronger and they could hardly be more confident surely. Blackpool are a funny team who can be good on their day, especially with Jordan Rhodes up top who’s always a threat but if we’re on our game we’ll be just too good for them. I’ll go 2-0 to Wanderers.

The last few games against Blackpool haven't exactly been easy. I feel that today will be a draw!

Yes, it does make you wonder Boggers. He’s excelled himself this time with even a historical tome as if the Tangerine fans are interested. He gets an occasional response but not many. I do though actually think it’s good to converse with the opposition if it’s done respectfully, which to be fair Lusty always is. I like popping in to other clubs sites but Lusty takes the prize for actually contributing.

Another great win today that keeps the pressure on the top two!

Another three points in the bag - how we are doing it I don't know but I suppose keep on doing what we're doing.
Seems like someone different every game is popping up with a goal.
Overall, a solid display from everyone especially the defense. As usual the buildup is too slow, and our forwards have backs to goal to often for my liking. 
Sheehan remains MOM for me - to me he is the only one who can trap a ball, look up field and try to play a forward pass.

He seeks an audience, he seeks the attention - it's as simple as that.

He clearly doesn't get it in his private life so he seeks it out on line.

He wants people to listen to him, he wants to be seen as he knows everything about anything - he's recently (and very suddenly) become an expert on Jewry and Zionism - (funny he hadn't mentioned it at all in the last ten years or more on here don't you think?)

He wants to join in (to be included) and be 'one of the lads' (even if they all are 50 years younger than him - if you believe his cock and bull tales of him playing football with them two times a week!),

Why else would anyone go on to an opposition forum and post unless you are trying to wind them up or doing a pre-match article on the forthcoming fixture with them?

And fwiw he's banned from all the Vitalfootball forums, so clearly not everyone thinks he been posting respectfully!

Does it really matter? Nobody knows what is going on in his personal real life. People come on to forums online for all kinds of reasons.

Maybe he has a lot going on with his kids as he has mentioned in the past and only gets to socialise online etc.

So why not keep on having a pop and taking the piss?

To be fair I’ve read his posts and he’s very respectful and provides a very good overview of where we are as a team.many people are interested in what the opposition think of their chances and how these align with ours.  Be great if he could share them here too

I agree BTiD, I’ve always found him respectful to the opposition and I think the only Vital site he’s banned from is the Lincoln one but then Jules, the guy that runs it is a strange character and certainly doesn’t like Wanderers!!

Fair enough if you share his opinions but they certainly don't match mine.

Do you really read football forums because surely by now you must see all sorts of views on any particular team and they all differ from each other to a greater or lesser extent - even on here we have W63 who is always positive and Wanderlust who is generally negative - so how would you know who's opinion to listen to?

It's social media, people talk all kinds of shit on it - 99.9% of it is usually wrong!

If Wanderlust wants to spout his opinions on other teams forums, that's up to him - as you say yourself W63 very few bother to interact with him - I wonder why that is...?

Also very, very few opposition fans come to post on here or Wanderers Ways do they - why do you think that might be...?

Probably the same reasons you two READ other forums but seldom POST on them and why when Wanderlust does, all except the most naive and innocent don't want to be bothered with him or his opinions!
