Well another cup game we could really have done without - unless of course we go on to win at Wembley!

Your guess is as good as mine as to what team we will put out from the remaining players we have still standing but I suspect the club will still try to win the game and go as far as we can in the competition.

I can't get excited by these matches but maybe you can?

If so what will the score be and what team will be selected?

I really wish we had been knocked out of this competion, as it is not helping our push for automatic promotion. I'm sure we all feel the same on this, just as we did with the Luton games too.

Three of my closest neighbours are all Blackpool season ticket holders and would love to have ex-Blackpool player Evatt as their manager, not to mention beating Bolton tonight.  They are doing well in the league and could well get into the playoffs.

It's a strange one for  me, I would love us to beat them (as Keegan once said ) just to get one over on my three neighbours, but I will relieved to be out of the competion if we lose.

I don't know if it is on Radio Nuts tonight , but Radio Lancashire  is covering the game purely on the radio for those of you who are near enough to pick it up.

To be fair, I would rather we were out of this league than winning the EFL Trophy to be honest.

I don't like Bolton losing, even in Mickey Mouse Cups like this but if we are serious about promotion we don't need to be distracted by sideshows such as this one.

Bit of good news tonight, Oxford scored in the 90th minute to snatch a 2-2 draw with Portsmouth - meaning Portsmouth are now 3 points in front of us but we have three games in hand on them!

I thought Blackpool put in a good effort tonight.  A draw was fair.  Nowt you can do about penalties.

The new lad Ramsey looked very handy on this display - Ogy looked a bit light.....

I still feel Bod is our best forward, but he can't buy a goal at the moment. 

Saturday is critical now ...as are all our games going forward.
