What a deeply unpleasant and stupid person. Should have got a longer sentence - still at least they might separate her from her phone in prison, or is that a breach of her human rights?

That story has made me very angry. I hope she is abused every single night of her jail term.

Yes and no.

She will have access to a phone but a phone that is unable to text - just a normal "card" phone and only allowed to use it once day - as portrayed in many TV shows.

It's as bad as drink driving imo.
