RR why bite? Do yourself a favour and let Hayley talk to herself!
As a side issue I have a 4x4 as a normal car as I need one for my leisure time pursuits and take the hit as required. They are great this weather and I now find it very difficult to drive a two wheel drive vehicle in inclement weather. I may be a "ponce" but as the trade mark goes with the marque, the saying " you go as fast as you like and I'll go anywhere I like" fits perfectly!!
Take care.

My gardener's housemaid's butler had a space shuttle but gave it to the poor when the ashtrays were full.

I hate people with 4x4's...totally unnessary unless you are a farmer.

Usually just status symbols for men with small willies.

You bunch of Bolton puffs, scared of a little bit of snow. Do you have no pride?

I have always driven saloon cars mainly Fords. About 15 years ago I bought a Honda and I would never go back to a Ford.

Four years ago I bought my first 4x4 mainly because it is big enough for a family plus there is enough room for both of my dogs as I have a cage in the back. I much prefer driving a 4x4 than a saloon. Better visilibity, more comfort and plenty of room.

Nowt to do with pecker size tbh.

WTF has pride got to do with the weather conditions ? Why drive in dangerous conditions unless you have to ?

You shouldn't. That's why I just sent the missus to Tesco to get in the booze for the weekend.

RT I pull a caravan with mine, something else for certain individuals to have a pop at! The future is bright, the future is 4x4 and luxury and freedom to go where you like!! I love a muddy field to drive my Landy in.

I bought a cherokee jeep new 10 years ago we only use it to get around the lake district and i would not part with it, even in summer its invaluable and gets us anywhere up there. I have used it in a city but not for transport.

I have only ever used my 4x4 once in the Lake District and that is when I took it to Wastwater on the unclassified road which is basically a sheeptrail.

Apart from taking a chunk out of my duckboard and scraping one of my alloy wheels on the rocks it worked a treat.

If you can afford the fuel then I would recommend a 4x4 to anyone who can afford it. It's just a much more pleasant drive.

When I bought my 4x4 the salesman told me it was a fanny magnet. I told him I was hung like a gerbil but he still took my money.

I've got an automatic, rear wheel drive, with big fat pirellis, which weighs over two tons. (an S type Jag). Its about as much use as tits on a bull, when it comes to snow or ice. Its a brilliant high speed cruiser, (41 mpg at 85 -90 mph), perfectly suited for motorway and autobahn driving. Fortunately I also have a 626 front wheel drive hatchback, which is great in the snow, and just as good for carrying shit up to the tip, whatever the weather. Very Happy

Nat, I might have a small "willie" but it's big enough to fill 2 prams. How big do you want one? Sorry, forgot your clacker hasn't seen any action for the last 10 years lol!!
