Camouflage ugly buildings

Saw this in the Daily Fail, and got me thinking if he could move over to Bolton and camouflage all the shit in town cenntre - there again saying that he could b here for decades, it is that bad nowadays.

Annyway, he has done some good work camouflaging various objects.
