Is it insensitive to suggest that maybe some pissed up bag snatchers actually contributed to the disaster ? Maybe if a few thousand hadnt been trying to get in for free after a couple of hours in the pub things might not have evolved the way they did irrespective of the 2,000 police that tried to get in for free as well. ? My mate Compo Colin says it was murder because manslaughter isnt worth as much in the Court of appeal ?

Il put this out there, regardless of what anyone else thinks, I think tigermins right. Full stop - right.
Sorry, but ive always thought this and always will. Im sad some of the fans died, even sorrier that most (if not all) that died where fairly sober, ticket holdung fans, but it rests, if it wasnt for the idiots turning up without tickets, it perhaps could have been avoided.

It's pretty simple, if you haven't got a ticket then you don't get in.
It doesn't matter how many turned up, they didn't climb over you know.

I'm just fed up of Hillsborough now. It happened in 1988. It was a tragedy, I understand it being mentioned around anniversary time, but every single week for the rest of time!?
Plus, it's still being used as a BS reason to enforce ridiculous seating rules at Football. It's 2013, time to make Football stadiums like Rugby stadiums. Half seated, half terrace. Let us grown adults make a choice about whether or not we want to sit or stand.
Okay rant over. RIP 96.
