Back in 2002 Wanderers completed the signing of World Cup and European Championship winner Youri Djorkaeff. He would go on to make 81 appearances for the club, scoring 21 goals.

One of the most gifted players ever to wear the Wanderers shirt in my opinion. He oozed class. I wish we had the likes of him playing today.

Class act. Even that brief spell with the Chicken lovers couldn't damage his reputation.
