HMRC Tax Evaders

This was published by the HMRC this week. I had a good look at it and noticed a couple of names on it which are from the North west region and 1 which is actually more closer to home....

First one being:

Tattersall Coachers (Brian Clifford Tattersall) who just under has been fined just under £53,000 for non-tax payment of just under £88,000

and then further down the list is a very intersting entry.

Whittam International Enterprises, based in Manchester - fined just under £1million for tax evasion of just under £1.7 million!!!!

Where does it say that?

I glimmer of hope sprung up then, alas Ive read the report myself and there is no mention of a Whittam international PLC.

Actually, no they are not!!!

You say your company is a Ltd/PLC company, and as such has to be registered with the CRO and all accounts are not secret but have to be delivered on time to Companies Regsitration Office and all taxes paid to the HMRC and as such can be viewed by the public for a small price. Only times when accounts cannot be viewed are when a company is a private company, and even then accounts have to be delivered on time to the various private shareholders and Banks if any security or loans are involved or head-quartered in a country where the laws are as such that accounts cannot be viewed.

If you knew anything about business, then you would know that!

Plus the source I gave comes straight from HMRC and as such not secret, as you say!!!

Amos - you Dont have a source, Nats company isn't real. It Does not exist.

She also does not know the difference between a PLC and a Ltd company - how can she own a business?

I don't know, I'm starting to doubt myself as Amos isn't known for his lies.

Perhaps the special instructions include submitting returns as "hairdresser" which does appear on the list?

No such special instructions, Natasha! - Try again!!!

Don't forget that under current legislation i can also get thye accounts for MI5 and MI6, if I wanted to or any other Government body - so there are no special instructiuons- unless you are syphoning money from the UK to a tax haven (which is very much illegal bar one or two loopholes which are being closed), and if that is the case then you are just as bad as Google, Starbucks, Amazon and Philip Green!

Well its not espionage as their accounts are open to teh public nor ammuniation factories, as, again, their accounts are open to public if required!
