WANDERERS have announced there will be a nominal increase in season ticket prices next season.

But the club are confident fans will still get full value for money.

The price rise – which the club say is the first in eight years – will
amount to £10 for adult tickets and £5 for concessions, which could
then be spread over the cost of 10 months as part of the popular direct
debit scheme.

Its a quid extra a month.

I Dont really give a shit, but many fans will... I think they should have lowered them instead.

Only reason season tickets sold so well this season was because people thought they would see us rip the league up for fun.

10,000 crowds next season.

No chance rebel, sales will be pretty similar, especially if we end the season on a play off push high.

We'll lose a few. Maybe a thousand or two season ticket holders.

If we start doing well crowds will be back to what they are now or even better though.

Crowds wont improve unless we get back to the Prem.

We have a lot of so called 'Glory hunter' fans who will only come back to see us playing teams like Chelsea and the scum.

Good performances, good football and good results bring in crowds. I know money is tight for many people, but if they are getting good value people are more willing to part with their cash. Price is only one part of the value for money equation, so let's hope that the team goes from strength to strength and delivers real vfm.

Thats the Key, if we are playing well and keep our best players then maybe a few hundred will not re-new.

A much as we moan about our club, they don't actually rip us off like other clubs do their fans.

They are optional, you could always eat before the same and take your own drinks & snacks in. However compared to some clubs, our pricing on refreshments aren't that bad.

This is true, it was £10.50 for a tiny fish and about 5 fat chips at Wembley. they tasted like shit.

think it was about £6 for a bottle of carlsberg too...

All these are optional. However, the price of our shirts are around the same for other clubs, some clubs may even be more expensive.

Lately I have been getting programs for free via email but even they aren't that expensive to purchase.

The club doesn't stop people from brining in flasks of hot beverages into the ground, even though they quite easily could. In addition to that, have you see the deals the club do in the fan zone? This is the menu they have for Tuesday nights game against Blackburn Hot drinks 50p
12'' pizza £2.90

Chicken Wrap £1.50

Any pie & peas with gravy 75p

as well as that, our club are always putting great deals on. Buy a shirt get one free for example.

I know that, but they still don't have to do it do they? You don't see other teams doing it do you?

Its only a rip-off if you think its overpriced. If you think its overpriced then don't buy it, no-one, as far as I know is frog marched at gun point down to Bolton Central to buy replica kit or anything else for that matter. Rip off's are the shit you have no control over, fuel prices, council tax etc. Supporting a football team is optional.

Of course you do, whenever a new kit is imminent all clubs sell their current kit cheaply. Wake up man.
