Nat is a prime example as to why there will never be such a thing as female managers in our game.

That's a bit sexist mate. There are already female managers who do a decent job, albeit in women's footie. I doubt they'll get a chance to manage the men's game in my lifetime seeing as its run by middle-aged white mysogynists. Look at how many years it took to get an English-born mixed-race manager into the English leagues - I think there are currently 3 out of 92 (Hughton, Powell and Ince - Curle was sacked by Notts County) That does represent a higher proportion pro rata to the mixed-race UK population as a whole but far lower than the %age in the game. Perhaps the reason we don't have female managers in the men's game is because we don't have female players in the men's game? Or it could be that they all talk shite like Natasha.Leeds_Trotter wrote:Nat is a prime example as to why there will never be such a thing as female managers in our game.

Nat likes to stimulate conversation, but I wouldn't say her opinions are as balanced as yours Jayne. I don't think they're intended to be.
