In your opinion would Bolton be now in the league had Gartside fired Coyle in May, and hired Dougie straight away giving him a full Pre season? I think we would be at very least in the thick Of the Play off spots.

What I have noticed since Duggie came in, his backroom staff are more active and seem to have a influence on what's going on with the team.

So if he'd have had more time, think we would be in a stronger position.

Hard to say really due to the fact I think most of our upturn in form has come due to C.Dawson and I don't think we would have been able to land him on loan at the start of the season.

Having said that if he had been given a pre-season to sort out the defence then who knows where would have been.

I'd say similar to where we are now if not a bit higher.

About the same I suspect as the players that Coyle brought in have taken an age to get their act together. That said, we only got Medo because of a pre-existing relationship that Dougie had with him, but if Coyle had been retained I'm sure he'd have been looking to bring people in to shake up the squad anyway and that may have had the same galvanising effect.

I think we would definitely be in the play-offs at this point. I think Dougie would have been able to get the players mindset in the correct state allot quicker and get us winning games.

I think we'd have been one of the top 4 teams but certainly top 6.

I think we'd have run away with it.
