This would take more than a day but I'd scrap the Human Rights Act and replace it with something not wide open to abuse. Introduce a cap on the price of match tickets. Stop semi-finals from being played at Wembley.

I'd arrange a healthy pension and an upscale home for myself and buy a season ticket for next year. That should take about a day, I'd think. Next day I'd be a former PM on a pension, etc.
