I bring bad news regarding my mole at BWFC.
I am saddened to reveal he has been given 6 months pay and asked not to return to the club again. He is making way for Mark Leather and his team of "sports scientists".
So his days of hiding in Phil Gartside's broom cupboard are over, as are the exclusives I would bring you from time to time.
However, it's not all bad news for my mole. He was sacked on Monday but on Tuesday he had two phonecalls offering him work. The first was from Barnsley manager David Flitcroft, the second from (fanny) Owen Coyle himself, inviting him to join him at Wolves.
So I guess that's my mole's last BWFC related scoop, Owen Coyle will be the new manager of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
However, my mole is just as adept at gleaning information from other sources at other clubs. He tells me Roberto Martinez has decided to leave Wigan - he has already been offered the Fulham job - and doesn't want the Everton job, he fancies the Newcastle job as Pardew will be sacked in the coming week.
Goodbye mole, thanks for everything, we'll all miss you.
