According to Dave Kidd in The People, Nottingham Forest and Bolton are locked in a battle to sign highly rated West Ham youngster, Rob Hall.

Forest have been strongly linked with a move for the 19 year old as Billy Davies looks to make his side one of the strongest in the Championship.

But Dougie Freedman fancies the England Under 19 striker at Bolton.

Also been linked with Marc antione fortune and lee tomlin

thought we'd signed him!

Think we had him on loan until the end of the season just gone didn't we

Well there must be more to Hall than he showed in his brief appearance. Maybe the fact that Dougie gave him a shot will swing it in our favour?

He must have something about him if other clubs are also sniffing about. We need wingers to be honest so hopefully this gets done.

If he's good enough for Dougie then he's good enough for me.
