or would you eat a Guinea Pig? There is a restaurant near me that has it on the menu, but much as I love pork, I've not yet been tempted.

Well i ahve had Kangaroo, snake, deer, horse, crocodile even field-mouse. If it was on the menu and had a nice side-salad then i would definitely try it. Same with dog.
