Believe it or not but I actually thought that! Having done a bit of research ( Thanks to BTID ) I can confirm that he is not, nor has he ever been a guest. He joined the forum as a bona-fide member with the username, Guest66. 

I know, I think it was at the time that you had to log in to view the site (ironically).

Maybe reading the posts on this site is better than watching anything that is on the tele.

I think I may have inadvertently found Guest66 and he is nowt like I imagined. I think he is a genuine guy and not connected to Hippy Nebuliser in any way.
