Low budget 1976 film where insects and animals on an island ate some substance which made them grow huge and aggressive. Hamsters crawling over a doll's house was as close as it got to special effects.

I watched "spring breakers" last night.
and while the film is visually appealing, how anyone read that script and thought "thats good" I'll never know.
