In a summer of change both on and off the field for both the clarets and the wanderers, at the end of the game I would think the Burnley fans will be much the happier set of fans.
-----
0-10 Mins:- As the game started it seemed we may be in for an end to end game with both teams on the attack, sadly apart from a penalty appeal from Pratley and a long range attempt from Medo, we had very little to shout about.
11-30 Mins:- Apart from a free kick from Eagles on the 11th minute and another attempt from Medo from 25 yards it was still Burnley asking all the questions.
On the 22nd minute Trippier drove down the right yet again and put a ball into the box for Ings but thankfully he scuffed the shot wide on the turn. Sadly we hadn't learned from our mistakes and a ball into the feet of Ings outside the box saw him skin Wheater for pace and a deflected cross inside the box took a nick off the big centre half to nestle inside the back of the bolton goal.
31mins - Half time:- Thankfully after we had gone a goal down we started to play the ball much better and it paid off on the 37th minute with Pratley linking up with Eagles in a nice give and go movement which resulted in Eagles feeding a ball to Pratleys feet and him smashing it home from close range.

45-69 Mins:- With very little happening in the opening stages of the second half, Burnley yet again looked more likely to go infront, on the 56th minute Stanislas hit a free kick which somehow brought a strange save from Bogdan who tipped it round the post for a corner.
Burnley continued to put pressure on the Bolton back four with 3 straight corners but the whites back four stood firm.
70-80 Mins:- Both teams tried to get the second but in truth it was a pretty poor 10 minutes of play with neither side really creating a goal scoring opportunity, Ngog took Eagles place on the 63rd minute after the attacking midfielder took a knock earlier in the half and was unable to shake it off. Another sub from Bolton on the 79th minute with Davies coming on for Beckford who had a very quiet debut in a white shirt but showed some nice touches at times.
81mins to full time:- Instant impact from Craig davies who showed a great first touch on the chest to bring down the ball outside the area and smash a great left footed shot at the Burnley goal but the keeper managed to get a good pair of hands to the ball.
A good effort from Vokes on the 86th minute from quite a long way out but Bogdan managed to show a safe pair of hands and keep hold of the ball. That would prove to be the last chance of the game, apart from a yellow card for Chung-Yong Lee the game came to a pretty dour end.
Burnley: Heaton, Trippier, Lafferty, Shackell, Long, Marney, Jones, Wallace, Stanislas, Ings, Vokes
Burnley subs: Cisak, Edgar, Treacy, O'Neill, Arfield, Noble, Stock .
Bolton: Bogdan, Baptiste, Knight, Wheater, Tierney, Andrews, Medo, Eagles, Pratley, Chung-Yong, Beckford
Bolton subs: Lonergan, Mears, Ream, Hall, C Davies, Ngog, Moritz.

------------
Bolton took overall 2,477 fans down to Turf Moor.
It was hard to pick a stand out man of the match but I would have to give it to Burnleys full back Trippier who had the beating of both Lee and Tierrney for most of the game.
