In fairness, though I've been less than impressed by Baptiste so far he does seem to be the only player with a bit of attitude. Two things I'd do are move him into Knight's place alongside Wheater and give him the captains arm band. Don't know if it would work but it sure as hell couldn't make it worse and Baptiste doesn't look like he'd suffer fools or slackers gladly either which is another thing we badly need. Someone to kick a few arses out there.

I rate Kightly, particularly in the championship. Fast, direct and puts a good ball in. His problem is injuries.
Ramage I don't know a huge amount about, but I'd like to think he's better than what we have.

He was superb at Wolves but he had personal problems and it derailed it a bit.
