Anyone got stung by these bastards, you pull up at a main rd and a car flashes you to go when you do he speeds up and hits you then denies he flashed and claims damages whiplash etc.

I've heard of them tampering with their break lights so they don't come on then slam on the breaks so you go into the back of them, then they claim for everything and you get done for dangerous driving.

The insurance companies are wise to it Scott but their hands are tied by the law,you hit someone from behind or pull out in front of someone and it's your fault as you know ,they are advising drivers to ignore flashing lights and wait until the car passes or turns left, good advice I reckon.
