Just watched the first episode of The Americans. Excellent. It's on ITV and set in 70s America. It's about two undercover Russian spys who are successfully passing themselves off as a typical American family. It's got a kind of Sopranos feel to it. Anyone else watching it?
Film and TV review.

I missed the first two episodes so it's going to have to be the boxset for me.

I've watched the first two episodes and enjoyed them both. Not sure it has longevity though.

Yes it would be nice if they stopped after one good series, but if it's a hit there will be a second and maybe even a third series just like Homeland.

It's quiet on here tonight. I can't wait for Big Brother to start at 9.30pm.

Yes, it's quite interesting. This clip includes the original Reebok rebels from Phoenix Nights.

I bet they had to a bit of editing, half the people who would have been interviewed for it are in the nick, (ken barlow and fred the weather man) to name but two.

I believe Fred Elliott, the Butcher had a somewhat colourful past as well.

Premium Rush. An entertaining film. Nothing special but fun to watch.

BB is really hotting up. The scouse bird in the skimpies and covered in tats has had a mega bust up with the spoilt brat from London. It's fireworks all the way.

She reminds me of Jodie Marsh. I'd still give her one if the opportunity presented itself.

She reminds me of post meltdown Amanda Bynes.

She is certainly feisty. She is not as pretty as the Irish girl but I still admire her spunk.

Hipster, what do you make of the Bolton lass, Wolfy? She looks like Arnie Schwarzenegger in a Poncho.

This current series of BB is very unusual. I am really taken by the tattooed Scouse lassie. She has plenty of spunk and if it wasn't for her tatts she would be a very attractive wench.

If I was 30 years younger etc etc. Her tattoos have spoilt her body but she is very intelligent and isn't a shrinking violet. Imagine living with her. She is very quirky , which appeals to me.
