Anyone giving up fags, booze or drugs for the next 28 days?

My missus apparently. I just know she'll start getting all holier than thou on me.

I don't smoke or do drugs, but I'm definitely not giving up the booze.

If they want an ad campaign to stop people smoking, they should just say that cigarettes are for benders and chavs. Seriously, people who smoke just look like the dregs of society. I have no time for anyone who smokes.

It puts me right off a nice looking female if she has a fag in her mouth. I think Women really pay the price, looks wise as they get older. A woman who has smoked a lot, tends to look quite hagged and wrinkly in their 30's and 40's.

The health benefits are enormous so I'm giving up fags and booze one day at a time.
