Don't know whether this has been done before so sorry if it has, but what was your first car and any quirks?
My first car was a 1967 Singer Chamois, DTD 682 E, purchased in 1975 for 150 quid. Marvellous little car that did 50+ to the gallon on a good run. The only problem was it went through radiators like they were goin out of fashion. I visited the scrapyard, probably the crux of the problem, regularly and I'd perfected changing one in half an hour!

Citroen AX - can't remember the year of it, but it was before it started being marketed as the Saxo!

VW Polo. I hated it so much I crashed it into some bollards in Adlington.

I used to own a Citroen AX GT500, it was on a J plate, it was in a graphite grey colour. It was a tinny little motor, but quite good fun.

My first car was an Austin Metro, which was shite! I had my first shag in the back of it though on some dodgy car park in Blackpool, after knocking off with some bird from Freckleton, who I had just met in the Palace nightclub.

Green Mini with a white roof - ARG 605 T.

I once parked it on Morrison's car park in town one Saturday morning and my mates who were getting the train to an away game spotted it, picked it up and shoved it behind some concrete bollards.

It cost me about eighty quid to get it back.

Bastards.

Was that the model where it was a big saloon where the back wheels were half covered by the bumper?

No, the AX was a little hatchback. Are you not thinking about the DS model?

It was very similar to that although the one I'm thinking of was a bit more square and from the 80's, the production of the DS finished in 1975 which was before my time.

Edit: It is the CX I am thinking about Smile

First car I had was an old Morris 1100. Good car, but it took me a while to get used to the offset steering wheel.
