Think Coyle should read this interview by Brendan Rodgers in the paper this morning. Swansea haven't got better players than us but sounds like in training they constantly work on tactics and each players job in the team. It's not all about 5 a side.

Interesting article with an upcoming British manager.

Don't see what this has to do with Owen Coyle.

Oh and by the way, I've seen us play Swansea twice this season, at our place and theirs, and the short goal kicks sound wonderful but they often put themselves under pressure too.

I can just imagine our wonderful fans getting on Bogdan's back to launch it upfield were we to adopt a similar tactic.

You're right fans will find any excuse to moan.

he has a point though, i've said many times it's sad that "footballers" are unable to complete the most basic of skills, like passing and moving. It's the essence of football.

If i was a manager i would happily put my job on the line and bench any player that launched it long unless under serious pressure.

If you can't play, don't play.
