How badly has Villas-Bellend spent?
Soldado is like a Berbatov with no pace or skill and Paulinho is neither use nor ornament.
It's hard to imagine him lasting long, especially after him laying into the fans a few weeks ago.

Spurs can't seem to score goals. They were hopeless today. Aguero is a quality player.

Didn't see any of the 2 games today but to say I wasn't smiling when cardiff equalised in the 91st minute would be a lie.

City have quality right through the team. They have scored more goals so far than the whole of last season. I think they will pip Chelsea and Arsenal to the Premier League title.

Mourinho has a good record against Pellegrini but I think man for man City have a slightly better squad. Getting rid of Lukaku and Mata still baffles me.

Looking forward to Match of the day tonight. The game between Villa and WBA sounds like a cracking Brummie derby as well.

....and they're spending £639,000 per day on wages. But in last nights game they were great to watch.
Like 'em or loath 'em (or be indifferent to 'em) they certainly play some wonderful stuff to watch.

Pellegrini seems to be the manager that they were looking for. Hard to believe that the quadruple is still on! If they can get past Barcelona in the next round of the Champions League they should make the final. Bayern v City would be a great game.
